Stepping into the Oyster Bar at Grand Central Terminal is like walking into a time warp. The place opened in 1913, but you are not taken back quite that far. Instead, you might feel like you are in 1974, when the restaurant was completely renovated. It virtually has not been touched since, retaining its Saarinen tulip tables, counters and classic signage. That is a good thing. Let’s hope the fish is new, though.
