Say hello to the American Bible Society building on Broadway before it is torn down.
The mid-60s building was sold in February for $300 million with plans to tear it down and build a luxury high-rise apartment building. Yes, that area on Broadway on the Upper West Side needs another one of those.
In recent years an unfortunate glass thing has marred the base of the concrete brutalist building. Still though, no reason to raze it.
